ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.12.2020 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 395 IPC r/w. 66(D) of Information Technology Act, 2000 in Crime No.724 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai had already granted bail to the petitioner on 21.01.2021, therefore, this criminal original petition has become infructuous.
