2. This application is allowed on condition that the applicant shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- to the Official Assignee on or before 06.05.2024.

3. Registry is directed to post this matter before the Learned Master to file a xerox copy of the Return in Form 3-A which is part of Ex.R.2 for the Assessment Year 2005-2006.
