ORDER

This writ petition was filed in the year 2012 seeking for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the entire records pursuant to the rejection order in No.TNTEU/R/EC/CC12937/2012/499 dated 14.03.2012 issued by the first respondent, quash the same with a consequential direction to the first and second respondents to approve the candidature of the petitioner for the B.Ed., degree course for the academic year 2011-2012.

2. When the matter was taken up on 09.09.2019, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, in order to give one more chance, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner, except the learned counsel for the first and second respondents. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
