O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue Thamaraiselvi, aged about 24 years, to cause production of her daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/mother of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

detenue and the second respondent/husband of the detenue, are also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she married the second respondent on her volition and that they are living happily. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
