This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, dated 05.02.2021, in W.P.No.13970 of 2017.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents in the Contempt Petition were present on 01.06.2023. Since this Court was sitting in a Bench on 01.06.2023, their presence was marked by the Joint Registrar (Original Side) of this Court.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court in W.P.No.13970 of 2017, dated 05.02.2021, is complied with and Patta has been issued to the writ petitioner.

4.Recording the statements of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed, recording compliance.
