Prayer:- Contempt petition filed under section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for their deliberate and willful disobeyal of the order dated 05.02.2021 passed by this Court in WP.No.13971/2017. For Petitioners :

ORDER

(1) Alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 05.02.2021 passed by this Court in WP.No.13971/2017, the present contempt petition is filed.

(2) This Court disposed of WP.No.13971/2017 along with the connected writ petition by directing the respondents to grant patta in favour of the writ petitioners therein. Stating that the direction of this Court is not complied with, the above contempt petition is filed. (3) Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submit that the order of this Court has been complied with by granting patta in favour of the writ petitioner and therefore, the contempt petition may be closed. Learned Government Advocate

also produced a copy of the Extract from the Town Survey Land Register dated 01.06.2023 to that effect. The said copy of the Extract dated 01.06.2023 is taken on file.
