Respondents in both W.Ps Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writs of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to entertain the appeal on filing against the order of the 1st respondent in TIN No.33664461680/2009-10 and TIN No.33664461680/2014-16 dated 30.03.2017 and 15.04.2016 as per Section 51 of the TNVAT Act without rejecting on the ground of limitation.
