Respondents Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.1906 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021.

ORDER
(By S.Vaidyanathan,J.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order, against which this Contempt Petition is filed, has been complied with by the respondents.
2. First respondent has also filed a Compliance Affidavit, dated 08.08.2023, and the relevant Paragraphs 8 and 9 whereof are extracted below : ''8. I respectfully submit that, the petitioner submitted the personal details in Form 5 for sending revised pension proposal only on 15.05.2023. After that, pension proposal was submitted to the Principal Accountant General, Chennai vide Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Chennai reference No.M1/20647/2017, dated 26.05.2023. The authorisation letter has been received from the Principal Accountant General, Chennai for sanction of revision of pension and payment of arrears in pension and DCRG amount on 19.06.2023. The DCRG arrear amount of Rs.1,21,716/- has been settled to the petitioner through the District Treasury Office, Kancheepuram, on 21.07.2023. Similarly, Pension arrear amount of Rs.2,06,983/- has been settled to the petitioner through the District Treasury Office,
3/5 Kancheepuram, on 27.07.2023. Further, the revised Pension arrears amount of Rs.21,631/- and revised DCRG difference amount of Rs.17,041/- (due to DA increase) was also settled to the petitioner through the District Treasury Office, Kancheepuram, on 03.08.2023. The same has also been confirmed by the District Treasury Office, Kancheepuram, through email. On enquiry, petitioner also accepts the same.
9. I respectfully submit that, all the monetary benefits as ordered by this Hon'ble Court has been complied with. Delay caused is neither wanton nor wilful. If any act of the Respondent amounts to disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court, I wholeheartedly tender an unconditional apology and pray that the said apology may please be accepted by this Hon'ble Court.''
