ORDER

Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 1st and 2nd Respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st and 2nd Respondents. Notice on the 3rd Respondent is dispensed with, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against any of the Respondents at this stage.

3. The 1st and 2nd Respondents are directed to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving due notice to the 3rd Respondent who appears to be Petitioner's sibling.

4. This exercise shall be completed by the 1st and 2nd Respondents as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
