ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.11.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.11.2019, CSR No.155 of 2019 was issued and thereafter preliminary enquiry has been conducted and the said complaint was closed on 05.02.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not at all enquired and without conducting enquiry, the respondent has closed the petitioner's complaint. He further submitted that the respondent has not even sent any intimation with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD with regard to the closure of the complaint within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
