CR.NO.90 OF 2020.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4913 of 2020 order dated 03.03.2020 with condition that the petitioner shall report the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.NIRMAL KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m and 4.00 p.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4913 of 2020 dated 03.03.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4913 of 2020 dated 03.03.2020 is relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court everyday at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on all hearings.
