This petition has been filed to withdraw M.C. No.379 of 2022, on the file of the V Additional Family Court Chennai, and transferred the same to the Sub Court, Tambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation on the behalf of the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that the respondent filed M.C. No. 379 of 2022, on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, for maintenance and also petition for divorce in O.P No.53 of 2022 on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai. Further the both the cases were posted in different dates hence she was facing difficulty to attend the Court, since because she is working at Punjab National Bank, Selaiyur Branch.

4. Considering the difficulties faced by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to transfer M.C NO. 379 of 2022 pending on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, and O.P No.53 of 2022 pending on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, to Sub Court, Tambaram.

5. Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of and M.C.No. 379 of 2022 pending on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, and O.P No.53 of 2022, pending on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the to Sub Court, Tambaram. Further, 2/4

the concerned Court is directed to transfer the records in connection with M.C No. 379 of 2022 and O.P No. 53 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the Sub Court, Tambaram, After receiving the bundles from the above Court, the Sub Court, Tambaram is directed to dispose the case within a period of six months.
