The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2019.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents / Electricity Board would submit that a Civil Suit has been instituted between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in O.S.No.261 of 2018 is pending on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvallur.

3. In view of the pendency of the the civil dispute, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the competent court in the manner contemplated.

4. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
