Respondents/Petitioner Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under the Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the docket order dated 11.12.2018 passed by the learned District Munsif Court, Tiruvottiyur in E.P.No.33 of 2018 in RCOP.No.50 of 2013. ORDER

According to the revision petitioner, the conditional order dated 27.04.2019 passed by this Court to that effect that 50% of the rental arrears, which according to the Caveator/respondent, a sum of Rs.90,000/-shall be deposited to the credit of R.C.O.P.No.50 of 2013 has been complied with.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the interim order already granted by this Court on 11.01.2019 is made absolute. If there is any dispute in the aforesaid amount, it is open to the revision petitioner to file appropriate application to vacate the respondent. It is made clear that the revision petitioner has to pay the aforesaid rental amount which shall be deposited before the learned District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur, to the credit of R.C.O.P.No.50 of 2013 on or before 5th of every 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

succeeding English calendar month. If there is any default, the interim order shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. It is open to the respondent to file appropriate application before the Court below for withdrawal of the aforesaid deposited amount.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
