The matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore in D.No.62/2023 dated 12.01.2023.

2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in CRP.No.1510 of 2010, this Court by an order dated 09.01.2020, directed to conclude the trial in OS.No.1746 of 2004 within a period of twelve weeks. However, the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore has sent communication dated 12.01.2023 through the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further time to conclude the trial.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant further six months time to conclude the trial from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
