This application is taken out by the applicant / first defendant seeking leave of this Court to receive the additional document of Power of Attorney dated 16.11.2015 as B1.

2.As the first defendant is aged about 68 years, she has appointed her son A.B.Jayamanohar, who is well aware of the facts of the case as Special Power of Attorney. The Deed of Special Power of Attorney was executed on 16.11.2015 empowering him to depose on behalf of the first defendant and the original Deed of Special Power of Attorney is also filed.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has got no serious objection for the same.

4.Accordingly, this application is ordered. No costs.
