This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.07 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kuvagam Police Station, Ariyalur District.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a final report on 23.02.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jayamkondan. 3.
