This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.15831 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21380 of 2022 on 19.10.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd week of Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
