O R D E R

Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 and Mr.Pradeep Raja, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.D.R.Veerasekaran, learned counsel accepts notice for R2 and R3. They are armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this matter, even at this juncture. Hence, by consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed finally, even at the stage of admission.

2. The petitioner has sought a mandamus directing the second respondent, being the Chairman and Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Housing Board to consider his representation dated 06.11.2023. The prayer therein is for exchange of lands in Commercial plots in S.F.Nos.715, 749, Zone-6, Hosur in lieu of the petitioner's lands ad measuring 4708 square feet situated at Plot No.3A, S.F.No.73/1B, Housing Colony, Kattikanapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District.

3. Seeing as consideration of the prayer would entail appreciation of various facts, this Court is not inclined to grant a positive direction one way or the other.

4. Mr.Pradeep, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents, i.e, R2 and R3, would accede to the receipt of representation (postal track at page 47 of the typed set) and has no objection to mandamus simplicitor being issued directing disposal of the representation on merits.

5. Hence, mandamus is issued to R2 to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023 in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as any others who may be deemed necessary in the circumstances of the case, within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
