Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Sections 439 (1) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court at Alandur, dated 20.12.2019 i.e., the condition to shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days into that of as and when required to appear before the respondent police.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for modification of the bail condition imposed by the Court below.

2. The Court below, while granting bail to the petitioner has imposed conditions to the effect that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days and to co-operate for investigation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the Court below from 02.01.2020 to till date and hence, he prays for modification of the above condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions only for 12 days and she raised serious objection to modify the conditions imposed by the Court below.

Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above modification.
