The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 417 of IPC r/w. Section 4 of Woman Harassment Act, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the de facto complainant, petition enquiry is pending.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within two months. Petition is disposed of.
