This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8292 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.

No.13674 of 2020 on 18.12.2020 to report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English calender month until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Now, the investigation is completed and the Investigation Officer filed final report.

3. In view of the fact that the final report filed, this Court relax the condition imposed while granting the bail in toto, on condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
