This petition is filed to amend the correct calendar case number as C.C.No.329 of 2021 instead of C.C.No.209 of 2021 in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25942 of 2022, dated 27.10.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who submitted that due to oversight, in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.25942 of 2022, seeking to quash the calender case pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District, the calendar case has been wrongly mentioned as C.C.No.209 of 2021 instead of C.C.No.329 of 2021 and based on the same, an order was passed by this Court quashing the C.C.No.209 of 2021 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District.

3. He further submitted that in paragraph 6 of the above said order, it has been wrongly mentioned as Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore District instead of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore District. Thus, he prayed for correcting the abovesaid mistakes crept in, in the order passed by this Court https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/1

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the calendar case number C.C.No.209 of 2021 is replaced with C.C.No.329 of 2021, wherever it appears, in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.25942 of 2022, dated 27.10.2022, Further, in para 6 of the abovesaid order, the terms 'Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore district' shall be replaced with the terms 'Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore District.

5. In other aspects, the earlier order stand unaltered.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
