ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. Alleging that she is in the illegal custody of the second respondent, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.From the records produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is seen that the detenue being a major went on her own volition with the second respondent and married him. In fact, the detenue herself has given a complaint, pursuant to which, the husband of the petitioner was enquired. He has also given a statement acknowledging the factum of majority of the detenue and further stated that he would not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interfere with her life.

4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
