JUDGMENT
(Judgment of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA,J.) Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for appellants Food Corporation of India submitted that pursuant to the order dated 27.03.2019 passed by this Court directing the Food Corporation of India to sanction family pension to the wife of the deceased employee and calculate the total arrears payable to her, appellants Food Corporation of India have sanctioned the family pension to the wife of the deceased and paid all the arrears. 2.A memo dated 23.04.2021 has been filed on behalf of the appellants stating that the direction passed by this Court on 27.03.2019 has been duly complied with.
3.Learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 5 submitted that the wife of the deceased employee is also getting the monthly family pension.
4.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands closed. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
