Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m made in Crl.O.P.No.11448/2017, order dated 17.08.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.BALASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S C.EMALIAS, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Friday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.
