When the matter was came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for first and second respondents submitted that the respondents have been already granted promotion. In view of the settlement arrived between the Union and the Manager, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
