ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the communication sent by the first respondent dated 18.07.2024, wherein, the petitioner has made a complaint against the third respondent and wants to receive the balance sale consideration from the third respondent.
2. Heard Mr.K.G.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.G.Thamizharasi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms.Sai Srujan Tayi, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.Sathyanathan, learned counsel for respondent 3. Page No.2 of 6
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 submits that both the parties were called for mediation and ultimately, they were not able to come to a settlement and therefore, the Legal Aid has nominated a counsel to file a civil suit on behalf of the petitioner and proceed further in accordance with law.
4. In light of the above developments, it is not necessary for this Court to go into the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. It will suffice if a direction is given to the second respondent to ensure that the counsel nominated by the second respondent proceeds further by filing a suit and seek appropriate relief. Once the proceedings are initiated before the Civil Court, it is left open to the petitioner and the third respondent to raise their grievances before the Civil Court.

5. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
