ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.7963 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected, through Proceedings in Pa.Mu.19305/2023/J2 dated 12.02.2025. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.
