This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed praying to permit the petitioner to replace the original joint agreement dated 25.05.2022 to photocopy of the said joint agreement. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the first respondent, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 2 & 3 and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to return the original joint agreement dated 25.05.2022 to the petitioner herein after keeping an attested photocopy of the same.
