No. 167 of 2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the Second Respondent Management to pay the amount claimed by the Petitioner in C.P. No. 167 of 2013 together with 18% interest per annum from the date it was due, till the date of actual payment.

Heard Mr. K.Srinivasa Murthy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Sai Prasad, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Second Respondent submit that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the parties have entered into a settlement dated 15.04.2022 under Section 18

(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, and its copy has been placed on record, which shall form part and parcel of this order. The parties shall act in accordance with that settlement arrived between them.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
