This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.738/2021 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Perumanallur Police Station, Tiruppur District and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation was completed and the proceedings were taken up in C.C.No.79 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi and the matter ultimately, ended in acquittal on 15.11.2022.
