Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced the copy of the valuation report and copies of the proceedings of the enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners acknowledges its receipt for submitting his reply to the show cause notice.

2. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to submit the reply of the Petitioners along with all necessary documents in support of their contentions and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. It is needless to add here that depending upon the outcome of the action taken, it would be open to the Petitioners to work out their remedies in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected the Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
