When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.E.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of Court and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition.
2. Mr.J.R.K.Bhavanantham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted hat the submission made by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent may be recorded and the Civil Revision Petition may be closed.
