JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 04.12.2012 made in W.P.No.11602 of 2011, whereby the learned single Judge allowed the writ petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant was once again appointed in the very same post, which has not been challenged.

4. In such view of the matter, the writ appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
