CRIME NO. 58/2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed for reporting before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore everyday at 10.30 a.m. vide order dated 05.11.2020 in Crl.OP.NO.17372 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.U.PRESSANNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.

KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Cuddalore, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17372 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17372 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
