The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in Ka.No.AE/ Papambatti/ A.No.291/19 dated 08.11.2019 passed by the third respondent and to quash the same.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the impugned order, there is effective alternative remedy available to the petitioner before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. Hence, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and may issue direction to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum to decide the petition that is to be filed by the petitioner within a reasonable time frame.
3.In view of the above, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such petition is filed by the 2/4
petitioner, the competent person of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum shall decide the issue and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
