This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police on the 1st day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.MP.No.18074 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24737 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the charge sheet.
