This petition is filed to implead the proposed 2nd respondent as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.29020 of 2022 and Crl.M.P.No.17783 of 2022. 2.Considering the reason stated in the petition, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to implead the proposed 2nd respondent as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.29020 of 2022 and Crl.M.P.No.17783 of 2022.

3. Issue notice to the proposed 2nd respondent returnable in three weeks time. Private notice is also permitted. Interim stay already granted by this Court is extended till then.

4. Post the matter after three weeks.
