O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2022 in accordance with law.

2. In respect of the land at Survey No.21/2B2 situated at Rasilampatti Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, the petitioner has given a request to the respondents to make the correction in the computer patta by representation or application dated 10.10.2022 and in order to consider the same, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Heard Mr.P.Sathish, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that, the said application submitted by the petitioner dated 10.10.2022 would be considered by the 2nd respondent and needful would be undertaken on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for herein and having regard to the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 10.10.2022 and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
