ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to complete the investigation within the stipulated period of time that may be fixed by this Court and file the final report in Crime No.47 of 2022 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in this case is over and the charge-sheet has also been filed in S.T.C.No.13 of 2025 before Court. In view of the same, this petition is disposed of.
