This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.24386 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
