Mr.J.Franklin, learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submits that the Revision Petitioner has complied with the order of this Court dated 17.09.2025.

The Revision Petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.5,000/- as well as Rs.1,000/- (as per the Trial Court order) before the Trial Court on 07.10.2025. E.Challan for payment of the said deposit has been filed to that effect before this Court.

2.In light of the above, the compliance of order dated 17.09.2024 is hereby recorded.
