The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner filed a memo contending that the sole petitioner Dhanalakshmi died on 09.02.2017 and that the deceased petitioner's son-in-law namely Sambandam Purchased the suit property through a Registered sale deed dated 22.01.2015. It is further stated in the Memo that nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would therefore pray for the dismissal of the present Civil Revision Petition.
3. The Memo is recorded and in view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed.
