Now, the petitioner has approached for compensation. He further submitted that the Authorities concerned only need time to ascetain this fact and are willing to disburse the amount if the same is not disbursed earlier. 3.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

4.This matter has been repeatedly coming up before this Court for the same purpose and for close to two years, this Court only hears the statements made by the Law Officers of the Government without any adequate progress. It is disturbing that the Authorities are taking time to consider only if the petitioner is entitled to receive any compensation amount. Let it be left there.

5.Now, the respondents are directed to ascertain disbursement of the compensation amount earier to the mother of the petitioner and if the same has not been done so, they are directed to disburse the same to the petitioner within a period of 2 weeks immediately after the conclusion of the General Elections on 06.04.2021.

6.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 7.Post the matter for reporting compliance on 21.04.2021 (which is at least couple of weeks before the counting commences for the General Elections and the Authorities would be busy only during the time of counting and not any time before that).
