ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 294(b) and 305 (ii) of IPC And subsequently altered to 315 of IPC, in Crime No.2337 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 01.11.2021 at about 10.30 p.m., the petitioner along with his brother and uncle went to the defacto complainant's house in a drunken mood and quarrelled with the defacto complainant who is the wife of the petitioner as she was staying in her uncle's house due to family dispute. Further, they abused and assaulted the defacto complainant with stone and knife and caused abortion to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 75 days from 08.11.2021. Hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would raise strong objection stating that the petitioner along with others abused and assaulted the defacto complainant who is the wife of the petitioner due to which, the pregnancy of the defacto complainant got aborted and that there are 8 previous cases against the petitioner. 5.On seeing the gravity of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
