It is the case of the petitioner that his attempts to obtain a certified copy of the Trust Deed in respect of "Tiruporur Kappal Ramasamay Nadar Amaravathi Trust" which was required for submission in a Civil Suit seeking to nullify the Trust, have been unsuccessful. The request for a certified copy, made on 25.11.2024 and received by the second respondent on 27.11.2024 has yet to be fulfilled. The petitioner has made several trips to the second respondent's office in pursuit of the same. Since the copy has not been furnished, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Considering that the petitioner's request is limited to obtaining a certified copy of the Trust Deed, the Writ Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to furnish the certified copy of the Trust Deed bearing Doc.No.162 of 2019, maintained in the second respondent's records, within a period of two weeks from the date of petitioner's representation.
