A No.520 of 2024 in C.S.No.127 of 2019 A.A.NAKKIRAN. J., This application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the plaintiff i.e., K.Natarajan as proposed plaintiffs 2 to 5 in the above Civil suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, and after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, this application is allowed.

4.The applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
