Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed upon the Petitioners/Accused in CRL.O.P.No.12056 of 2017 dated 14.07.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S C.EMALIAS, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
