The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Ramya, petition enquiry is pending.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two months.
